Time to get in shape for summer.
Now that I have given all I know about weigh loss I am shifting my study's to exercise and sharing all that had worked for me and will continue to do so. I want to share a tool that I found online about calorie burning with the exercises that you do. This tool is really great because I can do things that are fun instead of dreading a 30 minute run 3 time a week. I started to keep a log of what I am doing and how many calories I have burned for the week and it's really great to see how they add up.
Below is the online tool.

Awesome very tasty low calorie recipie.
I love to cook and am pretty darn awesome at it. I have come up with a recipie that is just killer and low calorie and the best part is it is only 4 ingredients. I have listed it below.
Ray's Chicken and mushrooms.
2 Chicken breast
6 Mushrooms ( sliced )
Salt and Pepper
1 Tbsp cold butter
How to prepare.
Add olive oil to a frying pan at medium heat. Pound your chicken brest to about 1/4 inch thick and add salt and pepper to each side of the breast. Place breast into pan and cook for about 8 minutes or until the breast has reached a darker brown color, then flip. ( NOTE : Only flip breast one time ). After you have fliped your breast add your muchrooms around the chicken and keep moving them every few minutes allowing the waters to release from them. After your chicken is cooked, take the breast out and let rest on a plate. Turn your pan heat up to a medium high heat and add salt and pepper to taste, then add 1/2 C. water to the mushrooms and let it reduce by half. after your water has reduced, add the chicken juices from the plate where you let your chicken rest and turn the heat off. Add the butter and stir it until it is melted all the way ( this will form a sauce like texture ). Scoop the mushrooms and juices over your chicken and enjoy;

Tis the season for weight gain.
If you are like me, you are endulging in all kinds of wonderful food this holliday season. I am not really worried about the weight gain. Yes! I have been eating like crazy, infact I am eating a pint of Ben and Jerry's Creme Brulee right now. But in all seriousness, don't let all the great food scare you away this season, just eat moderately and after the season is over get back on track. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Homemade food is so much better for you.
It's easy to get into a habbit of not cooking your own food, with jobs and family life can seem pretty busy at times so we look to other alternatives like fast food and frozen meals . I am not saying that the frozen meals are bad but there are so many bennifits from making your own food like, larger portions with less calories and better tasteing food. I found a blog of a chef who has hundreds of recipies and how to videos along with those recipies. A really big plus about this guy is the fact that he likes to make food that has all the flavor with less fat. Please check it out, you will be glad you did.
