DID YOU EAT TO MUCH ??


If you are like me,  all the food over the holliday was to to good to resist.  I went up almost 4 Lbs after my Thanksgiving.  Do not get discouraged over a little weight gain.  It's time to get back on track to where you were and keep working towards your goals.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!










This time of year is a great time for food and family fun.  If you are like me you have to have 2 or 3 servings of turkey dinner followed by some pumpkin pie.  Not to worry, just remember if you are going to have a hardy dinner to eat a lite breakfast ( I recomend a yourgurt ) and a lite lunch ( maybe an apple ) and eat to your hearts content.   I wish everyone happy hollidays.
